DIAGNOSTICS

This involves detailed chats with executive management for corporate self diagnosis, preliminary fact finding (departmental, and/or enterprise – wide). This helps us buy into the organization and fully understand the challenges and the root cause(s). We subsequently deploy our diagnostics tools.

PROFFERED SOLUTION

Our recommended solution(s) come from a churn of the results from our diagnostics phase and a custom-fit resolution strategy.  This phase is critical and involves guided inputs from client and ourselves.

IMPLEMENTATION AND MONITORING

Here, we implement and monitor the proffered solution enterprise-wide or otherwise, based on client preferences and/or requirements.

FEEDBACK AND KEY LEARNING

At this stage, we deploy our “Double – Loop – Feedback” tool to gather relevant data and information following implementation of proffered solution and apply key learning for solution tweaking.

Lanre is a programs, project and people manager, a life coach, a peak performance catalyst and an International and National Development Strategist / Advisor. He is also a change agent, with the uncanny knack for improving performance in individuals, teams and organizations. He has a very successful track record which includes Federal Government Ministries, several Nigerian banks (post consolidation), State Governments, multinationals, etc.

He acquired his oil and gas skills at the foremost wholly indigenous exploration and production (E & P) Consultancy in Nigeria at the time (Geotrex Systems Ltd). Harold was pioneer development geologist for Niger Delta Petroleum Resources Limited (the pioneer marginal field E & P Company in Nigeria). His upstream E & P experience spans over 11 years and covers production geology, development geology, geochemistry, reservoir geology and sedimentology.

A seasoned professional and entrepreneur, he has been responsible for birthing and developing various energy businesses, acting variously as Business Development Manager and Group Head Energy Business Development in top rate companies. He developed the Energy Division of Vigeo Limited. He had primary responsibility to birth the VigeoFarstad Joint Venture in Nigeria.

He is also renowned for his offsite business development strategy services, offered to foreign corporate organizations (especially in the oil and gas, marine and energy sectors). These strategy services include facilitation of new products and services entry to the Nigerian market; roll–out, implementation, monitoring and performance assessment methodologies and systems based on client unique strengths and business comparative advantages; operating cultures and philosophies; custom value propositions; other soft in-house competencies, etc.
